3. What are the warranties on products?
  • Products not manufactured by naishirt:These products are warranted by the manufacturer. It is suggested the user contact the product manufacturer or an authorized servicer of the product for questions on proper use and/or maintenance.
  • Products manufactured by naishirt:These products are warranted by naishirt. The warranty period is as stated in the product’s specific revision owner’s manual. Warranty service work must be approved by naishirt prior to initiating said service. Contact Customer Care at 682-232-4982 for both approval and/or service referral options. naishirt can request pictures or additional information of the product prior to completing any warranty repairs.

naishirt not any product manufacturer can be held responsible for customer misuse of merchandise. Misuse can include, but is not limited to, incorrect installation, lack of maintenance, incorrect start-up procedure, and incorrect assembly.

Engines warranties are voided when installed on a go-kart or mini-bike.

5. What are my responsibilities for legal compliance?
naishirt does not in any way warrant that you, the buyer, can lawfully purchase, possess, carry or use air rifles or pistols, blackpowder items, crossbows, slingshots, blowguns, knives or any other item that you may order, under any applicable state and/or local laws. You as buyer warrant that you have checked those laws, that you are of legal age to purchase these items and that you are not under any legal disability which would in any way affect your ability to lawfully purchase them.
6. What is naishirt Customer Satisfaction Policy?
We want you to be pleased with your order. If you are not satisfied, call or write to us within 45 days for authorization to return or exchange your merchandise. See our Returns Policy for details.
7. What is your low price guarantee?
If, within 30 days of purchase, you find the identical product advertised for less by one of our nationally recognized competitors, we will refund to you 100% of the difference! To receive your refund, please email a copy or image of the advertisement, with the competitor’s name, item make, manufacturer model number and the offer’s expiration date clearly visible together with a copy of your invoice to: lowprice@naishirt.com. You can also mail a copy (no faxes) of the advertisement and your invoice to: naishirt Marketing Department, 207 Beach Rd, Belvedere Tiburon, CA 94920. Refund valid on retail price of item only, minus all applied discounts including coupons and free gift cards. Not valid on shipping/or handling charges. Guarantee not valid on competitor close-outs, misprints, special buys, special promotions, liquidations, price quotes, coupons, rebates, auction web sites, items that include free shipping, member club pricing, or items sold below manufacturer minimum advertised pricing policy. Retail store guarantee applies to local brick and mortar store competitors only. Item must be identical make and model #. Competitor product must be available and in-stock at time of rebate claim. Belvedere Tiburon does not price match prior to purchase. Please allow 6 weeks for processing.
8. What is your payment policy?
  • When you provide a check as payment, you authorize naishirt to use information from the check for a one-time electronic funds transfer from the account or to process as a check. When we use the information from a check for electronic funds transfer, funds may be withdrawn from the account as soon as the same day payment is received, and you will not receive the check back. If the check is deposited, we reserve the right to verify funds with your bank before shipping, which may cause a delay of up to ten (10) business days. There is a $30 service charge for all returned checks.
  • All orders are processed assuming they will be shipped complete. However, backorders do occur and these items will be shipped as we receive them.
  • All non-truck orders paid by credit card will be charged when the order has shipped.
